The Way Home - Bud Vase

This series is based on a simple house shape, created using slip casting. The surface is decorated with underglaze painting and handmade transfers, using colours I mix myself.

The inspiration comes from the House-Tree-Person (HTP) method used in art therapy. I connect this idea to my own memories of walking home from school, noticing the sky, trees, wind, and small details around me. Each piece reflects parts of that quiet journey, filled with both emotion and imagination.

While the story begins from my own memories, I hope viewers can see their own version of “the way home” in the shapes and images.
