At Jaeeun Ceramics, each piece is carefully made and finished by hand. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns and refund policy below.
1. Returns – Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To request a return:
Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us, please return the item within a further 14 days.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging where possible.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As our ceramics are delicate, please ensure that items are carefully and securely packaged when returning them.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using your original payment method.
For eligible cancellations, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Any additional costs for upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Every piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
You will not be responsible for return postage costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
4. Handmade Ceramics
Each piece is individually handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture, shape and finish may occur.
Small variations, subtle glaze differences and other characteristics resulting from the handmade process are part of the nature and uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered faults.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
5. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces
Custom-made, personalised or bespoke pieces created specifically to your requirements are not eligible for cancellation due to a change of mind, in accordance with UK consumer law.
